In Swahili, "safari" means journey, and "anasa" means pleasure, comfort and luxury. At Anasa Safaris, it is our passion to craft travel that lives up to our namesake.
Our Story
Anasa Safaris is a boutique travel agency in Greater Houston, specializing in crafting bespoke luxury Africa safaris for our clientele. Our CEO Andrew Butler is a Virtuoso-certified luxury travel advisor who has a heart for Africa, having visited many times both for leisure as well as in his work providing medical care. A portion of our profit goes toward supporting some of the noble causes championed by the remarkable people who Andrew has met along the way.
Our Process
After an initial consultation to make sure that we are the right agency for you, we will embark on a collaborative travel planning process to construct a "framework" for your trip. From there, Anasa Safaris will leverage our close personal connections with the best lodges, camps, guides and tour operators to create a detailed itinerary proposal. Once we have your feedback, we will again collaborate to custom-tailor the proposal until we arrive at your dream safari.
