   I have had a life-long passion for travel. As a physician, I have come to realize the importance of travel as a resource for personal growth, for escape, for strengthening my relationship with my wife, and for providing time to focus on my relationship with my children. I understand the value of one’s limited personal time and money, and the need to take these into consideration in providing the best utilization of both for my clients.

   I have been a luxury travel advisor since 2016, when I started curating trips for a select clientele through my other company, Andrew Butler Travel.  Though I plan trips to destinations around the world, I have a special relationship with Africa.  I have been to Africa multiple times, both in my capacity as a travel advisor learning more about specific destinations and accommodations, as a leisure traveler with my family, and as a physician working with teams to deliver healthcare to underserved areas in Tanzania and Uganda.  On each trip I have cultivated relationships with some of the amazing individuals who will help take care of you during your Safari.  Each trip has brought new and amazing experiences, from chimpanzee trekking in Gombe National Park, to hiking to visit mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, to tracking families of leopard in the Sabi Sands.  I have witnessed migrations, been within inches of a pride of lions, and floated on a mokoro past bloats of hippos.  I love Africa, and look forward to sharing it with you.
